The research population includes all employees of the Herat Education Department, which number about 200 people, and the research sample is 127 of these employees, who were selected based on the Morgan table and available. The research tools included the Neo Personality Traits Questionnaire, the Mental Health Questionnaire (GHQ), the Robbins Organizational Culture Questionnaire, and the Cooper Knowledge Management Test. After collecting the questionnaire data, they were analyzed through the correlation method. The results of the correlation method showed that there is no significant relationship between personality traits and knowledge management and organizational culture. Also, the statistical findings did not show a significant correlation between mental health and knowledge management and organizational culture. Discussion and Conclusion: According to the statistical findings, it can be said that personality traits and mental health do not play a significant role in increasing organizational culture and knowledge management. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی بررسی نقش ویژگی های شخصیتی و سلامت روان بر افزایش فرهنگ سازمانی و مدیریت دانش اداره آموزش و پرورش هرات می باشد. جامعه پژوهش شامل همه کارمندان اداره آموزش و پرورش هرات می باشد که تعداد آنان حدودا ۲۰۰ نفر است و نمونه پژوهش ۱۲۷ نفر از این کارمندان هستند که بر اساس جدول مورگان و به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند.ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه ویژگی های شخصیتی نئو، پرسشنامه سلامت روان (GHQ)، پرسشنامه فرهنگ سازمانی رابینز و تست مدیریت دانش کوپر بودند. داده های پرسشنامه پس از جمع آوری از طریق روش همبستگی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج روش همبستگی نشان داد که ارتباط معناداری بین ویژگی های شخصیتی با مدیریت دانش و فرهنگ سازمانی وجود ندارد. همچنین یافته های آماری همبستگی معناداری را بین سلامت روان با مدیریت دانش و فرهنگ سازمانی نشان نداد. بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به یافته های آماری می توان گفت که ویژگی های شخصیتی و سلامت روان نقش معناداری بر افزایش فرهنگ سازمانی و مدیریت دانش ندارند. /downloadfilepdf/16609
