The increasing development of technology, as well as the complexity of equipment and parts, and the replacement of machinery instead of human resources, have led to the development of maintenance and repair systems, and therefore have made the maintenance and repair unit (MRU) one of the important pillars of the organization. The task of this unit is to maintain and maintain equipment in optimal conditions, as well as repair and restore them from unfavorable conditions to optimal conditions. Therefore, the performance of the MRU is of great importance. Well-known indicators have been defined to evaluate the performance of the MRU, which are usually reviewed and monitored in the MRU units of manufacturing companies. The authors of this article, who are experts in the MRU unit of Paklayesan Company, an aseptic manufacturing company and a subsidiary of the Lina Industrial Group, reviewed and analyzed less common indicators in order to better evaluate the performance of the unit. Based on the results obtained, these indicators had a more useful performance than the indicators used in most manufacturing centers. Therefore, this article is a report on the review and monitoring of these indicators. مدیریت دارایی‌های فیزیکی و بهره‌برداری بهینه در تولید از مهمترین اهداف هر شرکت تولیدی است. توسعه روزافزون فناوری و نیز پیچیدگی تجهیزات و قطعات و جایگزینی ماشین‌آلات به‌جای منابع انسانی، منجر به توسعه‌ی سیستم‌های نگهداری و تعمیرات شده و از اینرو واحد نگهداری و تعمیرات (نت) را به یکی از ارکان مهم سازمان تبدیل کرده است. وظیفه‌ی این واحد، نگهداری و حفظ تجهیزات در شرایط مطلوب و همچنین تعمیر و بازگرداندن آنها از شرایط نامطلوب به شرایط مطلوب است. از این رو عملکرد واحد نت از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. شاخص‌های شناخته شده‌ای جهت بررسی عملکرد , واحد نت تعریف شده است که معمولا در واحدهای نتِ شرکت‌های تولیدی بررسی و پایش می‌شوند. نویسندگان این مقاله که کارشناسان واحد نت شرکت پاک‌لایه‌سان که یک شرکت تولید اسپتیک و از زیر مجموعه‌های گروه صنعتی لینا است، در راستای ارزیابی بهتر عملکرد واحد، شاخص‌هایی که عمومیت کمتری دارند را بررسی و تحلیل کردند. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده این شاخص‌ها عملکرد مفیدتری نسبت به شاخص‌هایی که در اکثر مراکز تولیدی استفاده می‌شود داشتند. از اینرو این مقاله گزارشِ بررسی و پایش این شاخص‌ها است. /downloadfilepdf/1997283
