To address this issue, this study examines the impact of environmental threats on cost-effective innovation through the mediating mechanism of joint innovation capability and the moderating effect of legal imperfection. This study is a survey-type study in terms of its purpose, quantitative approach, and descriptive method, with a sample size of 154 selected from a population of 258 managers of active manufacturing companies in the capital’s industrial park. A standard questionnaire with confirmed validity and reliability was used to measure the research variables. SPSS software was used to analyze descriptive statistics (demographics and extraction of central indices) and SMART PLS was used to test the structural equation and hypothesis fit. The research findings confirm the impact of environmental threats on joint innovation capability and cost-effectiveness of innovation, as well as joint innovation capability on cost-effectiveness of innovation. The mediating role of joint innovation capability in environmental threats and innovation affordability, and the moderating role of legal imperfection in environmental threats on joint innovation capability have been confirmed. امروزه علیرغم تحقیقات رو به رشد در مورد نوآوری مقرون به صرفه، درک محدودی از چگونگی شکل دادن تهدیدات محیطی به نوآوری مقرون به صرفه وجود دارد. برای پرداختن به این مسئله این تحقیق به بررسی تأثیر تهدیدات محیطی بر نوآوری مقرون‌به‌صرفه از طریق مکانیسم میانجی قابلیت نوآوری مشترک و تعدیلی ناقص بودن قانونی پرداخته است. این مطالعه از نظر هدف کاربری، از نظر رویکرد کمی و روش توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بوده که یک حجم نمونه 154 نفری از حجم جامعه 258 نفری از مدیران شرکت های فعال تولیدی در شهرک صنعتی پایتخت انتخاب و برای سنجش متغیرهای تحقیق از پرسشنامه استاندارد که روایی و پایایی آن تأیید شده بهره گرفته شده است. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های آمار توصیفی (جمعیت شناختی و استخراج شاخص های مرکزی) از نرم افزار SPSS و برای آزمون برازش معادلات ساختاری و فرضیه‌ها از SMART PLS استفاده گردیده است. یافته ها تحقیق تاثیر تهدیدات زیست محیطی بر قابلیت نوآوری مشترک و مقرون‌به‌صرفه بودن نوآوری و همچنین قابلیت نوآوری مشترک بر مقرون‌به‌صرفه بودن نوآوری تائید می کند. نقش میانجی قابلیت نوآوری مشترک در تهدیدات زیست محیطی و مقرون‌به‌صرفه بودن نوآوری و نقش تعدیلی ناقص بودن قانونی در تهدیدات زیست محیطی بر قابلیت نوآوری مشترک تائید شده است. /downloadfilepdf/2101956
